Children’s Health Associates had a problem. They had a desire to grow into more than just a small group of pediatric practices serving babies. They wanted to be known as serving the whole family. To add to the challenge, their name wasn’t appropriate to the mission.

A Game Changer

AgileCat interviewed dozens of the doctors involved with the practice, including founder John Tedeschi, MD, a nationally-renowned physician. Through these interviews, the answer became clear: the doctors at Advocare treated each patient – and the parents of each patient – like they were a member of their own family. Thus the name Advocare was born, defined by, “the highest level of advocacy and best level of healthcare available, anywhere.”

Your Health. Our Purpose.

AgileCat developed a campaign positioning line – Your Health. Our Purpose. – that was a huge breakthrough in all marketing created for this burgeoning group of physicians. Since this time, the 1-2 punch style of taglines has been copied by many within their industry.

AgileCat developed a robust advertising campaign introducing an organization and a brand like no other, one that truly treated the whole family with the best of the best in family medicine.

On “Day 1” AgileCat worked with every practice to ensure there was a complete changeover, from signage to how the phones were answered.

Since the re-brand, AgileCat has grown Advocare from 20 offices to over 150, and growing. We feel an immense source of pride in being a catalyst to families in need of the best in healthcare, with Advocare.
