Designing a premier downtown destination

SORA

Conshohocken’s newest mixed-use development will rise from history and emerge into the future as the most significant commercial site in the area. SORA stands to be the most ambitious development in the borough’s history. Keystone Property Group approached us to name and brand this regional revolutionary accomplishment.

Naming SORA

Formerly named One Conshohocken, the development needed a name that matched it's aspirations. A sora is a type of bird fairly common along the Schuylkill River. The word sounds like “soar,” which speaks to the heights, rooftop views, and success that will come from doing business at SORA. “Sora” also means sky in Japanese.

Behind the design

Keystone Property Group trusted us to create a logo – before any architectural renderings were developed – that was both modern and pleasing and could end up working with any style of building architecture. The blue and gray color palette has an air of sophistication to it while being approachable and friendly.
